Day ONE focus:
Explaining the rules, fundamentals & objectives of basketball, while demonstrating how fun the game is.
Cultivating a Love
Day TWO focus:
Demonstrating that competition & working hard is not scary. Improving is fun and ensures long term growth.
Value of Improvement
Day THREE focus:
Instilling the importance of growth and improving every day. Learning to problem solve with a growth mindset.

Day FOUR focus:
Bringing everything together with an underlying theme of learned growth based habits that kids can apply to all areas of their lives.

Form & Technique
Day ONE focus:
Learning the specifics of proper form: elbow tight, fingers spread, strong foot forward, follow through, and where a player's set point should be.
Soft Touch & Arc
Day TWO focus:
Emphasizing the importance of a soft jumpshot with high arc, taught through a highly specific breakdown of their body.
Footwork & Balance
Day THREE focus:
Learning how to step up and get balance with and without the ball. To be a consistent shooter, a player needs balance; to have balance, a player needs proper footwork.
Combining it All
Day FOUR focus:
Bringing everything together with drills and competitions geared toward forcing the player to apply all shooting concepts into one.
