Silver & Gold are meant for all athletes. Silver is a progression of detailed workouts that focus on foundational building, while Gold jumps into more complex drills.
We highly recommend starting with the Silver Package for two key reasons:
A) Content is applicable to all players, regardless of level.
B) Both packages include their own unique drills, breakdowns and challenges. Be sure to check them all out.
The Silver package was designed by Dyami around these 5 concepts:
Examples: setting up screens, balance when penetrating, balance when shooting, various pivot techniques on both feet
Throwing off the timing of shot blockers, ball protection, use of various angles, advantages of one & two foot takeoffs
Pound series, two-ball dribbling, combo moves
Moving without the ball
Coming off screens, timing of cuts, setting up cuts, what to look for when moving

Film Breakdowns will be an integral part of The Hive. Athletes will have the opportunity to watch various games, clips, highlights and players broken down by Dyami.
Breakdown sessions will last between 20-30 minutes, and will be available on the same link that brings you to the workouts.
